Who is Ali?

I am a passionate designer working in the busy world of Corporate Interiors. Looking for a place to be creative outside of the office I dipped my hands into some clay in 2022 and have not looked back!

After a few years learning the way of the wheel, I found myself at The Art Room (TAR, Footscray, Vic) where I was blissfully surrounded by kindred spirits, artists, ceramicists and printmakers. I found my tribe!

TAR has led me to explore clay in so many forms, challenge my skills and learn so much about glaze and finishes. Being surrounded by art and artists, has led me to reinvigorate my love of drawing and lino printing and find ways to apply it to my clay works.

I hope my love of making shines in my work and finds a happy place in your homes.
